Hi Andy,
Temps agencies have to be paid for under professional services so that wont work. We can leave it posted on our website until filled and if no takers then we will have to staff internally accordingly. We may need to look at changing our budget for next year to eliminate the temp park worker and put that money into professional services so you can hire as needed for special jobs. We still have time to change the budget if you want to pull the advertisement. We can talk tomorrow.

Gerald, Christie and I have had no bites for our summer parks temp help. We could go through another round of advertising, but would anyone be interested in just using a temp agency? We could probably have a person short notice. We may pay a few dollars more, but they would not be on our payroll. The 6 month rule still applies, and we could offload them at any time. My experience with Temp agencies is that it gives you big flexibility to send someone back who just isn’t working out. Let me know your thoughts?
