Hi Tim,

The attached sign was installed by out crews on March 5^th. The Police Department met with Dan and are now aware of the issues with users drinking in the park and cutting the fence and will begin active patrols of those folks playing disc golf to ensure they are not drinking or vandalizing property. Those found cutting the fence will be arrested and the City will prosecute. Additional signs in Clark Park will go up soon covering the general park rules. You will see enforcement in Clark and other City Parks increase as we tighten things up dealing with individuals who don’t want to follow the rules. More things will happen and as I mentioned to you, in the meeting with Dan, this will be an escalating step by step process to get folks to follow the rules or we will remove the problem causing attractions from our parks.
