Go ahead and change point of contact to Andy and leave the Citizen Concern portion in there. The rest looks really good. Thanks.

Darlene, how about this? When the verbiage is approved I’ll post on Molalla Now facebook too.

Andy

As part of ongoing efforts to make our Public Parks safe for all users the City of Molalla will be conducting Tree Trimming activities in the Oak Grove at Clark Park beginning Monday, 9/30/19. The focus of these trimmings is to address the health and safety issues identified by a certified arborist, who inspected the trees at the City’s request last summer. Contact City Hall 503-829-6855 with any questions or concerns, or email your concerns to recorder@cityofmolalla.com. You may also fill out a Citizen Concern form available online at:

Andy,

Work with Darlene to post something up on what’s new that we will be doing “Tree Maintenance” in Clark Park on Monday and portions of the park may be temporarily closed during that work.

Folks, beginning probably Monday the 30th there will be a tree contractor in Clark Park doing significant safety trimming on the oak trees. This has been carefully planned, but no public notifications have gone out. I’m letting you all know what’s going on in case you get calls. The contractor is RD Tree Service.

Respectfully,

Andy Peters
