My guess is that no improvements triggering ADA have been done to the lot, ever. Gerald, do you have any concerns about making the spot in the image attached should get an ADA sign? I needed the restroom but no parking was available by restrooms during a dog show. a handicap parking is not designated by a sign any where in the park. T he bathrooms are handicap marked but no parking available by access sidewalk.. Can the city add a handicap parking with a sign by the North sidewalk? Is the city in compliance with Federal law?
