I apologize for the time it has taken to get this back to you, we knew that once we put the time in we wanted to get it right. If it looks good to you, I will get this printed and sent out to you.
Also attached is the updated sales confirmation to reflect the design time I quoted you. It took a bit more than the 1.5 hours I quoted but I want to hold that for you with how long it has taken.

I tried to get you on the phone but it sounds like you’re out of the office today. We printed the face of your disc golf course sign but haven’t applied it to the aluminum yet. I wanted you to see that map on this sign first. Even after our designers worked on this, the lines in the map came out faint. The yellow lines look washed out and the purple lines are tough to see. I see a couple options for you at this point:
1) We make this work. We apply it to aluminum and the map isn’t as pretty as the original drawing.
2) We could have our designers rebuild the map in their files so it would print like you needed it to. There would be a fee attached to this ($65/hour and I’ve already had them quote me 1.5 hours to do it).
Give me a call when you get the chance and we can figure out a way to move forward on this.

I can do that. However, I did notice a small spelling error on the graphic provided to us (“entrence” vs entrance). It’s small but when it is 3ft x 2ft it may be a bit more obvious (example attached). Since it’s your original document, you may be able to adjust it without altering the image like we would have to do on our end to adjust. Let me know if we should proceed as is or try to adjust it, or if you’d like to adjust first.
