Hi Dan,

I’ve included Tim Anderson in the email. We had our arborist look at the oak tree. The results is that it is an old growth healthy specimen and recommended some trimming which we are doing. The recommendation also said to put barriers up around the tree at the drip line so no vehicles can park under it and on the roots. Thanks.
