Based on our last round of postings we have been going with “the parks are open, but equipment is closed”. I didn’t consider the track itself “equipment”. So we took the caution tape down. The BMX organization has been doing work out there this week. So I’d say it’s technically open, but keep social distance.

Good question. Since we don’t actually operate the BMX track I think it may be up to Molalla BMX to make that decision. Andy? Dan?
