Ms. Powell, I can answer your questions. My understanding is that our point-of-contact was a Martin Trerise. Are you the point-of-contact now Molalla ABA? If not, I’d start by running your idea off those folks first. The very short answer is: tree trimming can be done if it’s for safety, as long as it’s not too hard on the tree. Anything more than a few branches and Martin will want fill out a “Tree Removal Permit” at City Hall so our Planning Group can make sure we all follow the Community’s rules.
