Gerald,
I apologize for not responding. I contacted Mike last week to see if he had spoken with you and he informed me he had not. I have been out of town a great deal this month.
I am happy to speak with Jim and see what we can arrange. I too would like the track to not be an eye sore and rather it be a benefit to the community. This upcoming weekend is the first one I've been in the state this month and I am not working Friday. I will attempt to contact Jim on Friday or sooner if I am able.
For your information, Mike has stepped down from his position as track operator and is no longer on the board for the track. Dillon Smith (the prior assistant TO) has taken over for now. We will elect new/additional board members at the end of the season: likely in October.
Thank you for your assistance and support.

Hi Mike and Martin,
The developer next door to the BMX track would like an update on your efforts to make the dirt mound for the track look a little better for his potential home buyers. The track mound is much higher than the previous mound and we had no plans showing how the track heights have changed. He has inquired about a possible code violation based on grading. I think it is important that one of you contact him directly for an update. He may be willing to contribute to your organization if you can both reach an amicable agreement. The City supports the BMX track and your efforts to put Molalla on the map in the bike world. I would appreciate your assistance in this matter.
His name is Jim Swee and he can be reached at (503)307-2963. Please respond back so I know you got this email as I have not heard back on my September 4th email to you both. Thanks.
Regards,
