Hi Linda,

I received an envelope today with a signed deed of dedication. We will prepare the two exhibits needed that meet the County Recorder requirements for the dedication of 901 Coho Street. We still have not received the proof you’ve described below which is necessary in order from me to secure City signatures on the document. Once you provide me with a copy of that documentation, the City will take care of the recording of this document and send you a copy for your records.

Also in the envelope submitted by Mr. Ferrell was a charitable contributions form. Because the dedication was a condition of your development and because the City is taking over all ownership and maintenance responsibilities of this parcel, we cannot sign the donation form. I will return this to Mr. Ferrell via mail next week.
