There is only one water service for this property currently. We might have eliminated the 112 water service during the N Molalla construction since it is a single tax lot. Or there might have been a possible old data entry issue since the county maps show the property address to be 114 our city maps show it as 112. Not sure.

The meter at 114 N. Molalla is in service and currently on. The 112 meter was removed 3/24/17 (my guess during the construction of N Molalla)

Hi Ginger,

If the meter is still attached then we need to charge for water base fees for this property. The property will either need to redevelop or disconnect from the system entirely. I don’t believe they capped the sewer when they demolished the building so it is a point of I&I. We will send out a letter Informing them of there options but the base fee goes forward for water right away.
