Ginger, this water meter is 1.5 inch, not .75 inch. The billing code should also be changed, they are getting billed just $13/mo base. This is a Manual Read meter. Can you update please? If you’d like a service order for documentation that’s fine, feel free to send us out! I’ve attached pictures.
