Attachments: 11230_20200807 BaseRateCleanup (1).xlsx; Folks, we have confirmed visually that all these Meter Sizes are all accurate, no changes needed in Caselle, so we are ready to move these accounts OFF Water Billing Rate Code 115 (which charges them all a base fee of ¾” meter X their number of dwelling units), to the regular rate code for their given meter size (which will charge them just the single base fee for their Meter Size per the Council Resolution). I’m going to close out the OPS work orders on this issue, but please let me know if we need any further assistance with data entry or research? Thank you!
