Subject: Toliver estates backflow

Jeff, do you know if the 3 inch meters serving Toliver Estates are protected by backflow assemblies? I'm seeing some shady plumbing out here. The assemblies would not protect the homes within the estates, but at least the pws. Thoughts?image
