Andy,
Toliver Estates has five BFA’s protecting the PWS so we are good to. If this was a regular residence I would say yes, they need protection, it’s an indirect non-continual use connection with a low potential health hazard, but this is on private property that already has premise isolation. We could send a letter and suggest that they get protection but, as far as I know, we cannot force them to do it.

Jeff, do you know if the 3 inch meters serving Toliver Estates are protected by backflow assemblies? I'm seeing some shady plumbing out here. The assemblies would not protect the homes within the estates, but at least the pws. Thoughts?
