If this was a regular residence I would say yes, they need protection, it’s an indirect non-continual use connection with a low potential health hazard, but this is on private property that already has premise isolation. We could send a letter and suggest that they get protection but, as far as I know, we cannot force them to do it. I'm seeing some shady plumbing out here. The assemblies would not protect the homes within the estates, but at least the pws. Thoughts?
