Marlene, the City just had a water line begin leaking on HWY 213 at HWY 211, the new Taco Bell here in town. I have started to mobilize, can you advise me the steps you need to see for the Emergency ODO permit? Unfortunately it's Friday, Memorial Day Weekend, so there will probably be heavy traffic. Hopefully we will be able to stay on the shoulder far enough that we won't need to shut a lane down.
