Dan, we will actually only need to block the intersection at hwy 211, otherwise drivers will drive right into our work zone. The coffee shop will be unaffected, people can approach from either direction, or from Ridings, and we will also not block any driveways. Since there will be a road closed sign at the intersection however, I’ll need to set up the full detour. And also, since the space will be available we’ll stage our equipment there, rather than asking the Mini storage to allow us on their turf, which we could easily destroy with our heavy machines. That’s the current plan anyway!

Folks, bringing you into the loop: there is a copper service that has begun leaking under Hwy 211. I have Grady doing the excavation of the main on Monday on an emergency PO; he has a boring company who will punch new PEX waterline through under the road, and then Newman Paving will come in on Tuesday to patch. We will be shutting down a portion of Robbins for staging, our plan is attached, and we have an ODOT permit #2CM39281. Please let me know if you have any questions?

Respectfully,

Andy Peters
