Hi Carol,

They will have to pay SDC’s and install a new service. The service was removed and Finance has to total bill covering all costs from Public Works in order to reestablish water service. This information was provided to DAV. Thanks.

Subject: 529 Hart Street --- Replacing Water Meter & Service

Hello City of Molalla .. sending to both planning and public works .. not sure who can provide answers,

Question on this property .. the water meter was removed a few years ago … squatter living in house, etc.

Property now for sale by Dept of Veterans Affairs.

What is general charge to have new water meter installed? Thinking/hoping this does not require a SDC hook-up fee — but would like to have some general idea of what to tell potential purchaser.

THANK YOU .. Carol Maloy @ RE/MAX HomeSource. Oregon license #920300294
