Hi Laurie,

In addition to the $1,780.50, there is a $600 connection fee, a fee for water SDC’s (need to calculate but will not exceed $4,150), and the review and inspection fee for when the applicants contractor installs the new service which is $1,000 minimum fee for plan review and inspection.

$1,780.50 + $600 + $4,150 +$1,000 = $7,530.50

Hello Gerald;

Could you please provide us with the total lien amount attached to the property at 529 Hart St. in Molalla? According to the letter you sent to Mr. Bean back on July 18, 2018 (letter attached) the lien amount is $1,780.50. Can you please advise if there are additional amounts that have been added to the amount above since your letter was sent? We need the total amount due so we can send it to Title so they can pay the city directly out of seller's proceeds at close of escrow.

The buyer will be responsible for re-connecting to water. We will need to know the total cost for re-connecting to water so we can submit it to the buyer's lender and to escrow so escrow can pay the city directly at closing. This property will not close until we can verify that title is holding out all funds from seller needed to pay of all liens for prior costs & funds from buyer to pay for complete re-connection at the close of this sale.
