I don’t see a current lien on the property as far as I can tell.

I’ve received a lien search for 107 Leroy Ave and am checking to see if there is anything going on with this property. It was last occupied in 2003 and has been Off & Locked since. The account was paid in full so there’s no utility lien but, since there has been no activity for awhile, I thought I’d better check!
