Subject: FW: Farwest Corrosion - W-127 - Repairs to Damaged Buried Cable
Importance: Normal
Attachments: W-127_Molalla_PLexcav-Proposal.pdf; image001.jpg; Folks, this is where I am with the repair of the Cathodic Protection system: everything is done but the system does not work. Farwest Corrosion, our consultants, believe it’s an underground wire that was broken in the accident. They have provided a quote to repair: $7534.00. We expect them to be able to work at the end of September. Assuming this is the issue, and nothing else is discovered, this will bring total repairs to $18,051.62 which we will claim from Insurance. I will route a PO, I’m sorry this has taken so long… it’s a complicated thing to figure out what’s wrong under ground in that cow field.
