I wanted to make you aware of a meter base that was destroyed, (S Feyrer & Adams) PGE account number: 1233000000. The investigators comments indicate that an electrician will need to install a new meter base and get a county/PGE inspection. An ERU investigator was out at a service today and found the meterbase destroyed by a car hitting it and it had to be disconnected at the drop and the meter was removed. The detailed notes below:
