I assisted Pennymac Loan Services in the foreclosure of the property 529 HART ST, MOLALLA, OR 97038. The Deed of Trust is attached as Stephen Reser was the foreclosed borrower. After the Foreclosure Deed was vested from Pennymac Loan Services to the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, the VA came back with the attached Rejection letter stating there was an open lien on title filed by the City of Molalla for over $6000. They did not provide any recording information. I just spoke with the Clackamus County Recorder’s office who does not have a record under RESER or the prior owner’s LINDA ROSE FORNEY AND DAVID N. SYNDER. Are you showing a lien against this property? If so, can you please provide the Recorded Lien and any payoffs/releases etc. attached? Thank you so much.
