Chaunee,

If they were not paying their water bill and the service was shut off but they turned it back on without approvals, then we need the documentation of when they were shut off so we can perform the code enforcement route for theft of services. If they were back on and paying their water bill then we will need a final billing. If they were receiving mail at the 112 N Molalla address then Dan and I have an idea on where to send it for payment. The meter will stay locked off until a new structure is built and an account is set up with Finance. Thanks.

Andy,

I understand that during the fire the crews had to shut off the meter to 112 N Molalla Avenue. I was under the understanding that the service to this property was shutdown some time ago and I am not sure why it was on. Never-the-less we need to lock the meter off, do a final reading, and prepare a bill to the property owner. Please work with the crew this week to lock off the water and provide Finance with a final reading.
