I’ll need some direction from Andy on whether or not this sort of thing should be submitted as a Work Order.

Judy Fowler is a resident at 1110 Mountain View Lane. She reports that there is a constant wet space in the middle of the road near the east side of her driveway.

Considering our heat wave, she is concerned that there is an underground pipe leak, creating the moisture in the road. Her phone number is 503.970.9085. She would appreciate a follow up phone call.
