Hi Jeff,

Attached is a Hydrant Use Permit for you to fill out. Please bring the completed form along with a $725 payment (cash, check or credit/debit card) to the Molalla City Hall. Our address is 117 N Molalla Ave in Molalla. Our office is open weekdays from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm (we’re closed from 1:00 – 2:00 pm for lunch). The meter will be placed at 6^th and Mathias.
