The Steel line on Avison's property has been Isolated. We confirm it is NOT a loop (which makes our work simpler). I'll give it a few more days, then launch phase 2: planning for the blowoff on Main St.

Request was: FILL IN WORK: Abandon Steel line between Main and Heintz (Work Order 1)

Isolate the 6" steel line running between Main and Heintz between Dixon and Kennel.

---We do not know if this is a loop. Shut of Just the valve on Main St first and see if it stops water. If it does, it means the blowoff on Heintz is not connected, and we are done with the Isolation step.

--Went to shut off valve, valve can was full of dirt, will bring vac trailer out tomorrow to clean out and turn valve

--Vac'd out valve can on highway with Darren. Turned off line, opened hydrants on the property and confirmed water was off. Placed black bags over hydrants.
