Does the City allow for Irrigation wells inside the City? We will add the backflow device to our list to be tested but I wasn’t sure if this was allowed.

The owner at 1221 W Main installed a back flow device to their irrigation well this month. They have a ROW permit and a county plumbing permit. This is to add to the yearly check list.
