Subject: Shango water use

Importance: Normal

Hi Gary,

I confirmed with our Operations Supervisor that the meter to Shango is at 2/3rds of its factory life and that it appears to be operating properly. The use is not consistent and there are spikes in the use based on his research. A meter that is not operating properly would show a consistent error in readings and not spikes in readings.

That being said, there must be an internal plumbing connection that has not be identified yet that is being used or the use may be thru an outside spigot. If it is not an internal connection, you may want to talk to your tenant to see if their surveillance on the back of the property shows someone using a spigot, connected to her system, without her permission. The spike in use is similar to someone filling a tank or running a hose for long periods of time.

Regards,
