Thanks Bill. To follow up on our conversation, we have no records of a connection to the water system at the north end for fire suppression of the amusement business and are requesting a copy of the complete topo of the Avison property from AKS so we can compare to our records and reestablish service while minimizing compromises to the water system.

Our intent is to abandon as much of the old water and sewer system as possible since most of the water and sewer system is pre 1954 and we have had repeated issues with leaks, main breaks, and significant infiltration and inflow from you property. Our records currently indicate that all services to properties within the Avison parcel are served off of connections to the water and sewer system on Hwy 211 and water system on Heintz.

There is also an issue with a potential illegal system connection by NorthSky to our water and sewer system that is currently under investigation. There may be legal ramifications if connections were made without City approval and proper accounts being set up, but like I said it is still under investigation. A copy of the topo and points of connection will allow us to rectify any issues that may exist.

I confirmed with Andy that our crews will soon be restoring water to the closed system until we can reconnect at the north end to the Heintz waterline. Thanks.
