Gerald,
I spoke with Amy and confirmed that we would be taking the sample on Monday. She said she was under the impression that we had already taken a crypto sample and we were waiting for the results- I informed her that the earlier samples taken were for BACT’s and that due to lab availability and shipping constraints, we couldn’t sample for crypto until now. She seemed to understand when I told her about the sample water “shelf life”. She asked that we inform them when we get the results because they’re using only bottled water at their house until they’re sure ours is clean- she said she didn’t want to go off the passed BACT samples alone.
When asked about confirmation from a physician, she said she spoke to the Head of Communicable Diseases and that they assured her they had already informed the OHA and the City of Molalla of a confirmed crypto diagnosis. I asked for contact information and she said she would find it and email it to you. She mentioned that two other children at the address had also gotten crypto, I did not ask for confirmation on them though.

Please contact her and coordinate taking a sample on Monday. Also ask her the status of supplying us with a confirmation of the Crypto results. This can be done by her physician notifying me by email. This will be the last time we ask her for confirmation on her claim.
I still have not received confirmation in writing from either the drinking water program or the health department. Without confirmation, it doesn't exist and we wont spend anymore time on it after the crypto test. Thanks.
