This one is a bit of a rats nest from past memory. I think it is tied to an easement from a long time ago. I don’t believe that a resolution was ever past by the Council on this. Chaunee and I will have to talk to Dan about this one.

Hey Gerald,
I discovered today that 32850 S Adams Cemetery Rd must be on some sort of special rate. I have attached a screen shot of the last 12 months of water usage and billing. Could you please get me a copy of the resolution stating it is ok for this property to have a special rate so I can attach it to the utility billing file.
