That’s for wastewater. The one at 32850 may have also had to do with construction of a water transmission line from the water treatment plant to the City of Molalla. I don’t think I’ve seen the agreement and don’t know if it was recorded.

This is what I have so far and I checked with utility billing in 2012 there was a note in there file it was unclear as to what the terms were.
Heather stated that Kyllos didn’t want to pay for the line to go to the property you may want to check with her.
