Please see attached. Cynthia Kirkpatrick, 208 Berkley, phone # 503.710.7692. She said normally she calls in and pays over the phone but did it this time online. There may be a hiccup in that side of things that delays the reporting of payment. Let me know what you come up with. Will bill the overtime callout to water. She was happy with the responsiveness so hopefully we can chalk this one up to a win for customer service on our side. Thanks.

PS. Please let Heather and Chelsi know what happened in the morning so they don’t get wirers crossed. Thanks.
