Tested the Cl2 off the tap in his backyard- got a 0.95, 0.96 and a 0.93, all well within limits and pretty much ideal considering where the residence is in relation to the plant. Spoke to Mr. Wilson, told him the test results and gave him some general information re: taste and odor problems. Told him that I would go back tomorrow and grab another sample to check in the lab for other potential indicators.
