Gerald – One item that Councilor Childress mentioned was that a guy named Richard Salter had written a letter regarding backflow devices and/or the annual inspection requirements. Did you find a letter? I told her I hadn’t witnessed the letter but I explained the backflow requirements and mentioned that there very well could be someone not on our list with a device, etc. She didn’t have the address.
