Greg is going to uncover these and then we will need to shut down and install meters. Will need to identify who it belongs to and then I need to send an official letter to them letting them know that they will need to come in and set up an account, if one is not already set up, within 30 days. If they don’t set up then I will have to have you shut down water service to them. We’ll make sure that we are all set up on our end before shutting them down and I will do a face to face with them explaining what work is being done and that they will have to come in to City Hall if not already set up to pay for water. We have discovered multiple direct connect water services, ( no meter ), south of main street. Will need direction to proceed with service connections.
