Timothy – In order to save some time I have attached the easement between the City of Molalla and the Sharp’s. The line was put in in 1998 and is a 20” Class C 905 distribution pipe. The City has access, maintenance and repair authority along the easement. There are limited water assurances to the property that cannot be increased as stated in the easement language. We are unaware of material used in the 1960’s as you state in the e-mail below.

Hi Mr. Fisher,
Chelsi at the Water Department suggested I email you regarding the Sharp property located at 15450 S. Feyrer Pk Rd.
We are currently working on the purchase of this property. We understand from the owner that via the donation of the land for the water reservoirs on the hill above the property that there are water rights that go with the property regarding water. I also have some questions regarding the general route of the water lines since they are likely in need of replacement as some time soon given the materials used back in the 1960s.
I would very much appreciate anything you can tell me about the water supply to this property.
