Chelsea,

A water service connection, as part of the Molalla Avenue project, at 223 N Molalla separated on the customer side of the meter and ran for a while before being shut off. The property owner is Daphne Dunn (?) and we have agreed to only charge her the same amount in water and sewer as the previous months billing. The following will be based on the meter readings. The waterline leak happened on July 19-20 early in the morning. I have already spoke with Dan about the billing reduction. Thanks and let me know if you have any questions.
