Hey Guys,

So the “shirt order” that I started for the crew has opened a giant can of worms…

Here are the things that Gerald and I discussed last week:

• * What sort of shirts does everyone want? A light weight style similar to the Gildan(what we have now), or a heavier shirt like Dickies?
• * Does anyone need a new hard hat?
• * Who needs a new reflective vest (maintenance, especially)?
• * Do we need to order sweatshirts, or just long sleeved t-shirts?
• * Does an employee need a coat?
• * Does anyone need their coat dry cleaned and water treated? Now is the time to do that, while it is sunny…

A note about the shirts: We can order short sleeve and long sleeve. The best price point is if we order them all at once.

The budget is set at $150 per employee, for the year. Once I get it all together, this is the only order I’ll place until next July. (This order does not apply to Seasonal Employees.)

Please talk with your crew and let me know what your needs are. Please have your list of staff needs to me no later than Friday. If coats need cleaned, I would like to have them by Friday, as well. I’ve included a spreadsheet for your use. If you have any questions, please let me know.
