Hey guys,

I’ve checked with Pepco on t-shirts and they’re ready when we are. I need your help, please.

I asked them to give us a quote on a higher quality shirt this time. We’re going to go with Dickies instead of Gildan. The Dickies are a higher quality-thicker shirt, very similar to Carhart. Shirts have a left chest pocket. If an employee wants the thinner Gildan shirt, please let me know.

There’s a strict budget for each employee that I had to work within. The order that I am placing now will be the only order for the 17-18 Fiscal Year. I’ve done some calculations, and I’m able to order 8 shirts per employee.

Here ordering options: (SS – short sleeve, LS – long sleeve)

8 SS

6 SS, 2 LS

5 SS, 3 LS

4 SS, 4 LS

All shirts will be printed with City of Molalla.

Ryan, the copy of this spreadsheet is just an FYI for you. Thanks for giving me your order today.
