The back of the form looks good to me. When will we be taking delivery of the truck? Dennis informed me that the original delivery showed some issues with the placement of equipment. Have these items been addressed and when will it be ready for Dennis to inspect and OK for pick up? I’ve included Andy Peters, our new Public Works Operations Supervisor, to this email since he will be managing the fleet. Thanks.
