Dennis,
When Adam gets back, take a look at the cost to pick up a load of 4"
angular rock and have our crews excavate and place the rock at that
location. It will hold up under that slope and will eliminate the loose
gravel issue. Thanks.

All,
The problem is in our ROW. I went out today and cleaned the gravel shown
in the picture. It's coming from the storm MH on the north side of the
street with the steep slope down to the sidewalk.
I talked with a woman (who was actually the daughter of the complainant)
and she suspects the erosion is from teenagers, still using that area for
recreational mischief. That area, and perhaps the majority of the steeper
sloped portions of the street, are in need of a more permanent solution.

Dan,
Please see email below and contact Bill Avison if there are still erosion
problems coming from his property. If it is not and on our ROW then it is
our problem to maintain. Thanks.

Thanks for the update and picture. It must have happened after that huge
rain in the last couple of days. We will take care of this next week.
Regards, and Good Luck!

Hi Bill,
One last thing before I take off. Attached is a photo of the storm water
run-off from your property. It is eroding the slope and causing the water
valve to fail. Can you take a look at redirecting the stormwater from the
edge of the slope. Thank you.
Best Wishes!!!
