Mr. Zinder, I wonder if you could help me with a Task Gerald has asked for. We want to:

1. 1. Add a layer to GIS maps for Crosswalks (or mabe Street Markings?)
2. 2. Plan 12” BAR style crosswalks down the collectors in red below. These are intended to be safe routes to schools. We’ll want to check Google street level views to make sure our choices make sense
3. 3. Once done, help me learn how to get a count together so I can make an order for Thermoplastic from Traffic Safety Supply Co, and print a map for the crew to go with the….wait for it…WORK ORDER!

The budget for this is $12,000. What do you think? Do you have any initial thoughts? I think you are probably going to be 50 times better at this than I would be. I’d be better at torching the thermo onto the street and letting you know if I made any changes after the fact.
