Who do I talk to for moving a stop sign? I live @ 802 E 7^th St. Behind my back yard there is a sidewalk with a stop sign in it, the South West corner, it is 10’4” from the expansion joint of the wheel chair ramp .All the other stop sign’s near my address , have been installed @ the expansion joint of the wheel chair ramp’s. The reason I would like the stop sign moved to the expansion joint ,like the rest of the sign’s , is because I would like to build a fence. If I build a fence the way thing’s are now ,I would lose over 10’ of my property to this sign so people could see around the corner when they stop at this sign. In other word’s 10’ of property I pay tax’s on and wont be able to use. Can this stop sign be moved 10’4” to the expansion joint like the rest? Thank’s Tim Cooper 503-819-1460
