Subject: Question about signage for my private drive

Dear Gerald,

My home is located at 580 Carter Lane, which is a flag lot with a private driveway shared with my neighbors at 560 Carter Lane. We are having some ongoing problems with a neighbor and his guests trespassing on our driveway to access a parking area/rubbish/wood heap he has on the side of his home. He has had delivery truck drivers illegally park in my side of the driveway as well that refused to leave when I asked.

I am not contacting you about the trespassing, but about how I might go about adding a "private drive" signage below the Carter Lane sign. Though I have communicated to occupants of the problem neighbor's home that the driveway is private property, the continued trespassing shows a disregard for this. This signage may alleviate the problem without necessitating trespass charges.

Please let me know how I can proceed with adding the signage.
