Dennis and Adam,

The owner at 113 E. 3^rd Street called and stated that our crews did some excavation in the alley at her location and a hole was left uncovered. Please have crews take care of filling this first thing tomorrow morning. Please review with staff and if this is a process issue then please make the necessary changes on how we secure sites until our investigations/construction work is completed. Not sure if this is something that happened after we finished our work out there. Thanks.
