What's happening?
Over the years, we have built up an enormous amount of backup copies of your agency databases. It has come to a point where we need to consider purging older database backups in order to keep operating costs down.
What do I need to know?
Your current backup copy of the database consists of all the history and information since you started using StreetSaver; rest assured we will not accidentally purge any pertinent information from your PMS database.
We have examined past requests for database restorations. Based on these results, it is evident that there have not been any requests on databases more than two years old. Therefore, beginning August 1, 2016, we will purge backup copies of the database taken prior to January 1, 2013.
If you need to keep copies of your database prior to January 1, 2013, we can arrange for you to download the backup copies of your database to save to your local drive if you wish. Alternatively, we can continue to maintain them for you with the following charges:

Please let us know by July 31, 2016 if you need the older backup copies of your database.
