Hi Bill,
Gerald is away for the rest of the week. Would you be able to table until the week after? Friday 10/27 afternoon and Monday 10/30 are open for both of us. If I recall correctly, most of your remaining questions were for him but you and I need to coordinate some time to look over and record storm lines/easements on your property.
Maybe we could do that portion next week? I’m free on Monday.
Best,
Dan Zinder

Hi Dan,
I think we still need to re-convine on the storm water discussions. I seems as though the last time we talked we were wanting to have Gerald available during our meeting to have him look at the maps etc. Do you want to propose some dates and times to meet? I do have some conflicts next week since my wife going in for back surgery on Tuesday and I most likely will be unavailable most of next week. I still have some times available this week it that works.
Thanks,

Hi Bill,
I've invited our finance director as well (cc'ed) since for the storm
water issues there are surface and addressing questions (me) and likely
billing questions (her). 1030 works for both of us.
I took a drive by 5th ST today. Thank you for your work there! There's a
small piece remaining which we can discuss tomorrow but the big piece
helps our crew immensely in keeping the trail maintained.

I'm available tomorrow morning. Can you elaborate a bit to make sure
we have the right people available though.

Dan,
Are you available Wednesday morning to go over a few things in your
office? I'm thinking about 10:30?
Thanks,
Bill

Hi Bill,
Our crew has been struggling to maintain the Ivor Davies trail and
have been requesting that your guys maintain the area behind the
fence as there is vegetation coming through and over the fence. See
attached image. The recommendation is to mow a few strips and
weedwhack behind
there.
If access needs to be arranged you can do so through Darren or Shawn
(cc'd in this email).
Thanks!

I'll take a walk next week to see what needs to be done, Ed our
grass cutter is in is late 70's and I may need to have others come in
with weed wakers to get the job done.

Thanks Bill,
Good to know about Taylor - I've let the neighbors know it's on
our/your radar. Yeah - we know from those abandoned utilities and
lift station down that way how wet it can be. I can imagine it's
moreso
this year.
Please note the second request about 5th St and Ivor Davies - it is a
new request but with all the rain this year the vegetation is closing
in on the trail and makes it harder for our crew to keep the trail
clean.
Great to hear that there's interest in the 211 properties - our
planner and PW director actually came in talking about these as I was
writing this. A few of the larger lots around town are starting to
move towards development. Things are on the up and up :-)

Dan,
I did mention to Ed Wolfer (the grass cutter) that we would need to
cut the grass to the south by Taylor Crt. He checked it out and it
is still really soft after this incredible rain year. He did not
want his Kubota to rut it up. We are thinking about letting it dry
next week and we will see if we can get in there then. Please feel
free to tell the neighbors (and we know who they are) that we will
get on it once we have a few good dry days in a row.
Thanks, and also thank you for the utility cad files for Tony Brooks.
Were looking at potentially some exciting uses for the Hwy 211
properties.

Greetings Bill,
That time of the year again. First off, thanks for getting to the 211
properties already. Much appreciated.
We've got a couple of mow/brush cutting requests for your properties
on the South end of town.
- First, the one below off of 7th ST and behind Taylor CT, per the
request below.
- Second - a perimeter on your side of the Ivor Davies fence and
along 5th Street would be greatly appreciated by our PW crew.
Let me know if you need additional clarification.
Thanks!

Can we get you to mow the grass in the field behind Taylor Court? It
is really tall and will be very dangerous for fire soon!
Thank you
