Gerald – The letter was sent in reference to retro –pay for non-payment of sanitary sewer and storm drainage fees for seven years. The letter was not sent for the purpose of going forward and does not discuss going forward. Also, since the letter was sent prior to the recent audit process this is our call on how to move forward with similar properties.
